Caffeine is a drug that is produced from many plants. It controls our nervous system which causes alertness. Caffeine can affect the amount of sleep we get. Caffeine is not stored in the body, but you can feel the effect it has. Caffeine can cause us to urinate more. It can help us lose some calcium which can cause bone loss.
